The spectrum of ‘between’ is within herself, as she grew up in Ukraine, but has been living in China for the past 10 years. She takes inspiration from the physical world of geometrically perfect architecture and suprematism, but also in invisible, emotional, in Buddhism. “两者之间”这⼀一概念深深地扎根于艺术家的⼼心中。阿莲娜在乌克兰⻓长⼤大,但在过去的10年年 中,她⼀一直⽣生活在中国。她从物质世界中的近乎完美的建筑⼏几何学与⾄至上主义中汲取灵 感,她的灵感同时也来⾃自于⽆无形中、来⾃自于感受与情感中,更更来⾃自于佛教中。 «I had an intention to bring the feeling as if the viewer gazes into the distance, watching the sea or the mountains» A.O. “我想为观者创造出⼀一种凝视远⽅方,观望⼤大海海或⼭山脉的情绪。” 阿莲娜·奥拉绣克Inspiration. She likes the stiffness, geometry of the architecture in Beijing, the repeating patterns of windows in the city. She finds calmness in the black and white, monochromatic dyad, leaving space for her own emo1ons, with no ambient disturbances, like the abundance of colors. 说到灵感。艺术家迷恋于北北京的建筑⼏几何学和北北京建筑中⾃自带的坚毅之感,也爱着这座城 市中⼀一成不不变的窗户图案。她在单⾊色的⿊黑与⽩白中找到了了内⼼心深处的平静,为⾃自⼰己的情感留留 出了了空间,不不受周围环境的打扰,就好似艺术家的作品中没有参杂多余的⾊色彩。 For the creation of artworks, Alёna unites the classic and the modern. The artist uses Chinese ink, nib ink pen, produced in the Soviet Union, and paper – that is on the part of the classic. But the art by her takes a huge leap into the future – it is contemporary, cold, logic and brand new. One of the curators when describing the artwork of Alёna stated: «that’s something in-between Russian constructivist art and Chinese Guohua». ⾄至于艺术作品,阿莲娜将经典与现代结合在⼀一起。她使⽤用极简的中国墨墨⽔水、苏联⽣生产的墨墨⽔水 钢笔和简单的画纸,将这些代表经典的元素融⼊入于充满未来感的艺术作品中。Alёna带给我 们的是没有情感起伏的、充满逻辑的,当代且全新的艺术体验。⼀一位策展⼈人曾描述阿莲娜的 作品是介于俄罗斯构成主义艺术和中国国画艺术之间。 Her art is a practice of meditation and self-improvement. The routine of mornings is when she meditatively scratches the paper with the calligraphic pens, for hours and weeks just to create a single piece of artwork. She likes to schedule the day the same precisely as the art, she constructs the daily routine with coffee and painting in the morning, and lectures, leaving the rest of the day for the improvisation. 阿莲娜的艺术是冥想与⾃自我产⽣生深刻对话的⼀一个过程。每天早晨,艺术家都会⽤用书法笔在纸 上进⾏行行创作,⽤用⽆无数个⼩小时去持续重复这⼀一动作,就是为了了创作⼀一件艺术品。阿莲娜喜欢把 每⼀一天都安排得和她真实精准的艺术⼀一样,咖啡和绘画创作是她每天早晨的例例事,接着便便 是讲课,最后,剩下的时间便便是即兴发挥了了。 For the first big and abstract work, the artist spent more than 4 months, painting in the small ‘meditation’ room, dedicating 6-8 hours per day. She was keeping the artwork off from the eyes of the viewers un1l it was completed. Since then Alёna does not care whether she spends a week or half a year for creating a single work. The first solo show has been initiated by her teacher in Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, who no1ced the spark of daring talent in the student painting in-between studies and work, wherever and whenever she had a chance to. Some of the works have been sold then to the fashion brand. That is exactly how life and art merged into one individual, that was the starting point of understanding the ‘art and brands’ strategy in the modern world. 艺术家花了了4个多⽉月的时间,完成了了她的第⼀一部⼤大型抽象作品。作品是在⼀一个⼩小型“冥想房 间”内,每天平均花6-8个⼩小时创作出来的。艺术家在完成画作之前,没有任何⼈人看到过这 幅作品。从第⼀一件作品开始,Alёna从未在乎过花在⼀一幅作品上的时间,不不论是⽤用了了⼀一个星 期,还是⼤大半年年,去讨论完成⼀一件艺术品好了了多久对于她来说,没有任何意义。阿莲娜在北北 京服装学院的⽼老老师承办了了她的⾸首次个⼈人画展,阿莲娜的⽼老老师在阿莲娜的身上看到的是⼀一个⼤大 胆且勤勤奋的学⽣生,在有学习和⼯工作的情况之下,能做到⽆无论何时,⽆无论何地,只要有机 会,都⽤用来进⾏行行绘画创作的激情与才华。⾸首展中的有些作品卖给了了⼀一些时装品牌。这也体 现了了⽣生活和艺术是如何融合为⼀一体的,这也是艺术家在身处的现代世界中对 “艺术和品牌” 战略略的深刻理理解的开端。 «In the F for a fast world with fast food, fast fashion, fast market, and fast pleasures, there should be a moment to stand still.» A.O. “身处于⼀一个被快餐、快时尚、⻜飞快发展的市场和寻求极速快感包围的快时代中,我们应该 有拥有⽚片刻的宁静。” 阿莲娜·奥拉绣克The monochromatic palette holds the concision much needed in the world nowadays, playing the role of Occam’s razor, uncovering the truth. The black color can be not too black but has its own temper in the works of the artist. It has its own topography and reflects the ambient light. Every time you look at the artwork of Alёna, you dive deep into the layers of the black and white, and even deeper – inside of yourself, looking for the harmony and finding the balance of yin and yang. 作品中所运⽤用的单⾊色代表了了当代世界中所急需的⼀一种简洁,就像奥卡姆剃⼑刀理理论⼀一样,揭 开了了这个真相。作品中的⿊黑⾊色并不不是最⿊黑的⿊黑⾊色,却在艺术家的作品中拥有了了⾃自⼰己的真性 情。它有着⾃自⼰己的形状,衬托着其周围的光线。每次在欣赏阿莲娜的作品时,你都会陷⼊入到 ⿊黑与⽩白所营造出的层次漩涡之中,甚⾄至抵达你的内⼼心深处的真实,去寻找和谐,去寻找阴 阳之间的平衡。
